These general terms of use for the services of the website WWW.AMLPORTAGENTS.MA, hereinafter WEBSITE, shall be governed by Moroccan law, and the offer and formalization of contracts shall be concluded in French.

ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE 

The USER may freely access the WEBSITE. The USER declares that all information provided by him when making reservations is true and complete.

GENERAL INFORMATION 

The portal reserves the right to modify, limit or cancel the terms and conditions applicable to the WEBSITE referred to above. In any case, the conditions that were in force when the client made the reservation will apply, or subsequent conditions if these are more favorable to the interests of the consumer.

AML PORT AGENTS reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the Portal and/or the Services, at any time and without prior notice, to those USERS who fail to comply with these General Conditions.

CONTENTS AND RESPONSIBILITY

AML PORT AGENTS operates the WEBSITE and, in particular, offers and, where appropriate, supplies the contents, products and services to the USER visiting the WEBSITE on behalf of and on behalf of the shipping company AFRICA MOROCCO LINK. The USER agrees to accept and respect the terms and conditions of purchase established by the provider with whom the reservation is made. These conditions may include payment of any amounts due and compliance with any rules and restrictions on the availability of fares, products or services. 

AML PORT AGENTS makes available to consumers and users a written information programme or brochure containing the corresponding offer for the package trip and which must include clear, understandable and precise information on the destinations and means of transport, mentioning their characteristics and class, duration, itinerary and travel schedule. 

The suppliers of products or services and the organisers/wholesalers who organise the package trip, each within the scope of their respective obligations, shall be responsible to the USER for compliance with the obligations arising from the regulations in force and the conditions of sale of each of the products and services or package trips contracted, without AML PORT AGENTS assuming any obligation or responsibility with respect to those products or services that it does not provide directly. 

The traveller is responsible for complying with the government requirements for exit, entry and other documentation. AML PORT AGENTS may incorporate additional specific conditions that will be stated on the WEBSITE.

PURCHASE PROCESS AND PAYMENT METHODS

On the WEBSITE, reservations can be made in French. Most of the fields are free, so the WEBSITE does not have the means to identify and correct errors in the introduction of data, for this reason any error made when entering said data will be the responsibility of the USER.

The document in which the contract is formalized by means of which the client acquires any tourist product or service through the WEBSITE will be sent to the USER by email. In said email, the USER will be given the information regarding the products and/or services contracted, their locator booking number, all the indications regarding the payment method, cancellation conditions, and other useful information where applicable.

The purchase of any product will only be effective at the time when AML PORT AGENTS makes the valid charge based on the chosen payment method, and may be cancelled by AML PORT AGENTS until that time.

The available payment methods are: 

PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. In debit cards, the amount charged is automatically withdrawn from the associated account; in credit cards, the USER can access money without having funds in the associated account, and the amount is normally charged at the beginning of the month following the purchase.

The fact of requesting a reservation implies a commitment on the part of the client to authorize the charge for the full amount of the product, service or package tour contracted.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

This is the right of the user to cancel a contract in certain cases without having to justify their decision or assume any penalty. 

The cancellation of the trip, for any reason not attributable to the consumer, gives him/her the right to terminate the contract with the rights provided.

If the consumer and user does not show up at the departure, he/she is obliged to pay the total amount of the trip, paying, where applicable, the outstanding amounts unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

There is no obligation to compensate in the following cases:

a) When the cancellation is due to the fact that the number of people registered is less than that required in the brochure or in the contract for the package trip.

 In this case, the agency must notify the consumer in writing of the cancellation before the deadline set in the brochure or in the contract.

Failing this, the agency must notify the cancellation at least ten days in advance of the departure date.

b) When the cancellation of the trip is due to force majeure. Force majeure is defined as circumstances beyond the agency's control, abnormal and unforeseeable, the consequences of which could not have been avoided, despite having acted with due diligence.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

AML PORT AGENTS, by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (for example, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; brands or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by AML PORT AGENTS or its licensors. All rights reserved. The reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the method of making available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the authorisation of AML PORT AGENTS, is expressly prohibited. The USER undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by AML PORT AGENTS. The USER may view the elements of the portal and even print, copy and store them on the hard drive of his/her computer or any other physical medium, only for his personal and private use. The USER must refrain from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the AML PORT AGENTS pages.
